Practitioner I am trained to
work with you and your coach to
optimise your athletic performance through assessment
and training methods that stabilize your core, improve
your overall strength and balance, increase your
explosive power and enhance agility and speed in the
sport of your choice.
You can only be as strong as
your weakest point.
After a comprehensive postural and orthopedic assessment
of structure, movement skills, nutrition and lifestyle
factors, I tailor a customised program that is right for
you.
Three Stage Process.
When I am working with you and your
coach if you have one I work to first correct the muscle
im-balances within the body.
Then we will strengthen the whole
body and once we have done that we can move into Sports
Specific Training that is designed to mimic and train
the muscle movements used in your sport.
I will work
with you to achieve a
balanced foundation in your physical body as well as your
overall health and wellness.
Because every person / athlete is different, each
person's response to exercise will vary as well as
the specific conditioning and exercise methods that
are right for your bodies ands related to your sport. I
develop a training program designed to take your
individual and specific needs into account and work
one on one.
